The vacuum formed shapes produced with this formula have a homogeneous and fibrous structure. This allows easy machining without the use of special tooling.

Organic free formula guarantees neither fume nor odours on the first fire and good mechanical properties after exposition to the service temperature.

The majority of our products are manufactured according to the specific needs of our customers. Some characteristics on the formulation like density, surface hardness and others are modified depending to the specific customer requirements. For this reason, the technical data is considered as standard but it can vary according to the specific application.

PS products can be designed with different inserts, surface treated or totally rigidized.
