NUTEC PROCAL products are high temperature heat enclosure and fibre refractory shapes manufactured by a vacuum formed process. They have a fibrous structure with excellent insulation characteristics, low density and high thermal shock resistance.

Depending on the formulization, NUTEC PROCAL products can reach a working temperature up to 1600 ºC (2900ºF) whilst improving characteristics like mechanical strength and resistance to chemical attack. These formulas are designed to produce homogenous shapes with excellent properties and can be machined without the use of special tooling.

NUTEC PROCAL products are organic free (Neither fume nor odours during the products first fire) specially designed to maintain the mechanical propertiesafter exposition to the service temperature.

NUTEC PROCAL products can be specially coated to significantly reduce dust to allow easy handling.

The majority of our products are manufactured according to the specific needs of our customers. Some characteristics on the formulation like density, surface hardness and others are modified depending to the specific customer requirements. For this reason, the technical data is considered as standard but it can vary according to the specific application.
